β β β β β Worst unprofessional pc repairs in Gisborne by a long shot. Charged $500 for repairs on a desktop and laptop. Laptop had insufficient space for updates and received it back with software we needed to purchase to use and told to free up space and update it which is otherwise free and simple cost $213. Desktop came back worse then we gave it too this tech cowboy and didn't start correctly at all which it did previously cost $300. Won't refund and didn't repair. I've dealt with numerous pc repair companies over the past 20 years and this company is by far the worst hands down and should not be able to be dealing with the public. Be prepared to lose your money and have to find a competent repairs shop following dealing with this company.
