★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Conroy’s to move all of our stuff from Auckland to Queenstown.
The quote was expensive, but I thought it would reflect the service - how WRONG I WAS!
When they arrived to drop the item off (2 weeks late), the two gentlemen were incapable of unloading the truck.
They dropped the fridge and the entertainment unit. Upset but understood accidents happen. When I emailed Conroy, they did not reason. 3 x email later, no reason. 4 months pass I called them again, and they refused to help or take any liability.
Extremely unprofessional, overpriced, very happy to take your money, not so happy to provide any customer care.

From the guys who picked up our furniture to put into storage to the guys who came and quickly and efficiently unloaded everything and put things all in place, through to Vanessa's constant communication and the rest of the team. We also had help in moving items inside the house and assembling them. Big thank you to Dave and Darryn. We will definitely use their service again and strongly recommend them others!

They were responsive, adaptive and extremely flexible to our needs. I feel that they’ve gone above and beyond in some areas too, which adds the the X factor. Priced very competitively.
