★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provided a quote and time frame (3-5 business days) for review of contracts. Had to send multiple follow up emails, only to be advised on day 9 that they would require additional time and the fees would be higher. Appreciate they might be quite busy but would've appreciated honesty especially regarding processing time so we wouldnt have wasted our time.
