Cool Awnings had prompt and clear communication with us throughout the process from initial consultation and quote to the final install. Our main contact was Walter who was excellent to work with. Final install was completed much quicker than expected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool awnings installed poles for shade sails in our childcare centre, which is a difficult operation at the best of times, but there were additional difficulties with the location of pipes.
They kept us informed about the situation, and worked hard to get the job done inside the constraints.
Despite extra work coming up, they kept to their original quote.
I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking to get awning work done. A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some PVC blinds installed and they did an excellent job. Both the sales guys and the installation guys were very professional. Happy with the final product. Have now placed an additional order for a 9 metre awning without getting other quotes as I was so pleased with the PVC blinds. Will comment again once the awning has been installed. Hopefully to the same excellent standard.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before Christmas asked Cool Awnings to come and give us a quote for a new awning over our patio area
We agreed on an appointment time and when the representative arrived, we didn't realise what was involved, selecting colours, size etc. Fortunately, the gentleman knew all the answers, which made our decisions easy.
We agreed to go ahead, and paid the deposit
A short time later, two employees came to do the detailed measuring, and the installation days arrived.
It was a showery morning, but the weather did not deter the two installers.
The awning is great, we decided to get the remote control, which makes the opening and closing a breeze
Would I recommend Cool Awnings to my friend?
ABSOLUTELY, AND WITHOUT HESITATION!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was super-impressed with the whole service provided by Cool Awnings and this was a tricky install with body corporate constraints. John nutted it all out, did his homework and trusted his experience - and so did I! Thought delivery in time for Christmas was too much to expect, but I was wrong. And what a difference it has made to our enjoyment of summer, the comfort levels in our WFH office, and our Christmas Day lunch for 15.
