β β β β β As a property investor, I've had an EXTREMELY and incredibly disappointing experience dealing with Corelogic, and truely awful customer service (very lovely facade, but nothing actually gets done / actioned), can't even lay a complaint as wont provide details other than generic 'info@corelogic' and won't let me speak to a supervisor. Extremely frustrating.

β β β β β Nearly missed out on a property because of their extremely poor communication and lack of understanding of their own internal processes. Paying extra for quick delivery does not mean you will receive the report on time. I hope I will never have to deal with them again.

β β β β β Looks like they have dominated the Valuation Market and controlling the market. I was insisted by the bank to use Core logic but Indepth guys was sub contractor to do the site valuation at top dollar.
No no delay by 3 weeks and unreliable !!! Will deal with the respective authority later .. what a loser

β β β β β Completely incompetent! Booked CoreLogic for a property valuation based on their published offer of a four working day turnaround.
Hadn't heard from them on the fifth working day so I followed up with a phone call. I was told "it's fallen into a black hole because no one wants to drive out to the property to inspect it".
I told them the valuation is required for a sale to go unconditional and was told "there's no chance you'll be getting it in time".
If you require a valuation, simply look for someone else to do it and avoid CoreLogic at all costs.

β β β β β Ticket clipping parasites, a symptom of all that is wrong with the NZ property market. Have established an default provider position with the banks by providing βassuredβ valuations in reality they subcontract out valuations and then audit them with little or no understanding of the valuation insights just ensuring that the meet a set format for the bank, while adding $100βs to the bill.
Avoid if at all possible.

β β β β β Asked multiple times for them to correct property details. Next door sold over a year ago which is smaller property yet their details show as our property. This is hooked to our bank and shows a different property size and value. Now emails are not getting through.

I found Corelogic valuations pretty much in line with the current market. After struggling and comparing the data with other sites I have sold my property at the highest estimated price set here. This has been great help. Many thanks guys for helping people and making sure they make an informed decision.
