★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not order online ! warning! I ordered and was emailed notifying me that the item wasn't in stock. This was 4 days ago still not received refund, also very hard to contact a human being to talk to to sort it out. feel forgotten and no care for customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order has been with Toll for nearly 1 month! They said they wont deliver as they have too much of a backlog but Cotton On wont refund until I return the goods. I havent taken posession of the goods so how if this my problem. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Head office need a number on Google search. Also Toll ain't doing they job. I've never had this much problems with courier post ever. If I order in waikato why are Auckland stores handling my order when clearly I'm in the waikato?? Heaps of stores here. I've also waited 10 days and still no delivery. call up to find out and no1 can find my order.. Not cool at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As others I've been waiting 5 weeks for an order!! Can't find a number anywhere, managed to wait on hold to Toll for 45 minutes and they advise the package is still at Airport Oaks from 9th Nov and hasn't moved!! Called the 04 8894767 and spoke to the rudest git who basically wanted to tell me to get lost but he only just contained himself, he proceeded to tell me the biggest lies that the package was lost and I needed to take it up with Toll!! He gave me his name as Gumede after calling Toll they advised it wasn't lost but still wasn't out for delivery! Called back the 04 number and asked for Gumede they said there's no one there by that name.......Cotton On I did not employ the delivery Agent YOU DID... it is your problem not mine, they are telling me now that I can't request a refund as its been shipped.....UN FRIGGEN BELIEVABLE .....I don't give this any stars as they aren't worthy but one star was the lowest I could go. Have no issue that these are crazy busy times for couriers and there is a huge demand I get it but don't lie and don't avoid your customers because your dropping the ball big time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I, like others have purchased goods online only to be told 1 month later by toll that my items have been lost and that I need to contact Cotton On, I have sent multiple emails (if I could find a contact number I would call but that doesn't exist) I will definitely be heading into my nearest physical store to demand a refund or resolution as soon as the levels allow. You cannot receive money from people without providing the goods.
*update i called a local cotton on who provided a phone number where I was able to request a refund the number is 048894767
