★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since the recent passing of an ex partner and how it's affected my attendance to help services. Ended up having to shell out $85 from my account (leaving me with $20 at the end of the week) and counsellor never got in touch with rescheduling despite calling the office 4x. Notified Work and Income and they've said to go through them first to sort out counselling services. Also did not get a refund for the service and am now 3 weeks behind on my phone bill in order to feed myself for the week.
