Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) fits so well with my sense of self, which enables me to practice in an authentic way. I love that EFT is supported by research which I hope provides you with the confidence to take this step.

About me
Just a little about me
I was born in England and emigrated with my family from the UK in 2005. I live and work in Palmerston North enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. Part of looking after me is to take the opportunity to enjoy the beauty around me from leisurely walks along the river or strolling along local beaches, to travelling a bit further afield. My family play a big part in my life and this has some bearing on my passion for relationships.
I have held a Certificate in Counselling Skills for 20 years and completed the Graduate Diploma in Counselling Practice in 2015.
I'm MNZAC Registered with New Zealand Association of Counsellors.
I also provide professional supervision and had a PGCert health sciences (professional supervision)
I am a Registered Nurse of 35+years
