Found it easy to find what we needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have all-but given up going to this Countdown store, as it invariably does not have the item I have specifically gone there to buy in stock. Plus, the store layout is awful, causing the queues for the self checkout lanes to extend right back into the aisles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a great wee supermarket, constantly stocking shelves and helpful staff.
It gets busy and can have a bit of a line at the checkout, but it clears quickly.
They don't cater for large family's in the meat and poultry is my only gripe.
Other than that, they pretty have what I want everytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Countdown worker was such a help - wish I learnt her name so I could give feedback to her Manager, she was filling the self collect lockers early shift Monday morning (18/4/22), she went our of their way to help while I was struggling with coordinating my bags at the "Self Collect Locker", helpfully holding the door open for me and waiting for me to finish before she started filling the next lockers. She did SO well in what was a frustrating situation...so helpful and polite. Thanks for your support and all the great and hard work you do
