★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find the young staff helpful .knowledgeable, i also like getting served by the oldish maori Lady, I've been here for this Lockdown , in the main bc Aunty JJ hadda operation so i wanted to make sure she be like mad love cared for. I go yo this supermarket always be seeming to get more than whatever it is i wanted. Lols its maybe a loose idea , what shall I cook for Aunty J.J for dinner at tea-time and because I was concerned for her health after the op i decided to stay just to keep an eye on her, bc her own kids are all grown up and getting on in their lives .I also understood her being vegetarian, and shes not the kind I would spike her food with animal product games, bc im not sick of living and anyway I was kinda blown away from the selection , in store , on offer ; the bean supreme products , are choice. Masala which is Mediterranean is our favorite. In season asparagus, crispy delicious, im waiting for the corn to go down in price, and once it does ; I will be quick to score it. Yup thel toilet paper was plentiful. I think the people out here are of a superior race. The 2 metre distance mandates are keenly observed . Oh and if i didn't mention it yet, their pasta and tortilla section is mantis, yes. I would always head over their after I got me and her Dog Ziggy a very nice looking leg of lamb and garnish it with their fresh as parsnip , cheap and beautiful carrots too yummy flavors ?

Great selection . Stock missing on quite a few items but I was there quite late in the evening.
Nice stress free place to shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yea it's pretty good. It's a mini Countdown but lacks nothing. Good size outside carpark, located centrally in Helensville, couldn't locate a Public Restroom inside anywhere.Both Self Serve and Staffed Checkouts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s ok, the staff are mostly nice, with some exceptions. From a stock perspective, it’s a 2/5, often times damaged produce and poor selection. Hope to see it improve as we move out of covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staff could be more focused on customer service staff member re stocking the milk seemed to be oblivious to us trying to get to the milk, bought some wine advertised on special on a Monday which turned out to be full price but price not changed from the weekend ,bananas looked okay but bruised inside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Usual Countdown set up, not too busy. Tried to get lotto ticket but older staff busy chatting, a very long wait. Younger staff seemed embarrassed and said 'she won't be long' I guess it's Helensville but both customers in front and behind me were frustrated. Yes there was a queue. This was Saturday 2ish, it was not short staffed.
