β β β β β Biggest countdown outlet in Mt. Wellington area. The only grocery shopping mall which is open till midnight 7 days a week. The goods are much cheaper compare to other countdown outlet in the area. Plenty of parking available too. Every Tuesday they have morning vegetable open market for fresh and cheaper deals on vegetables.

β β β β β worst customer service which are served by "PRIYANKA"(Checkout Operator) and "AMAN" (Duty Manager).Once upon a time ,we went to buy cider with our group. All are married. When we went to check out ,Priyank requested to see our ID. We were taking out our ID and one of us didn't have ID .We left the store, after 5 min my friend and me entered for buying cider with ID.Then, we reached on counter ,suddenly she was telling us You can not buy because i know you ,You were been with group. So,argument was happening with her and then we went to see the Duty Manager AMAN. He was explaining us the police of Countdown .We were listening to him. They were absolutely right when we didn't have ID .But he was telling us "YOU CANNOT BUY ALCOHOL FOR WHOLE DAY".Then we saw the policy.It doesn't mention anything about re-entry which are in Image. So They both were trying to teach to customers with in appropriate manner and also trying to fool us. Policy doesn't say anything that you cannot buy alcohol during whole day. They are making their rules .

β β β β β This store needs to work on customer service, the staff here like to speak in their own language and sometimes are talking about people around them. I have filled out a feedback before and got told they wont speak their language anymore however still do and it's not always a good conversation when they are talking. They need to stick to english and not judge their customers. I am a European poly mix guy however am multi bilingual and can fully understand them.

β β β β β As far as supermarkets go, this one is pretty good. Clean, orderly, well stocked and helpful staff. It's got everything you need and it's an easy in and out if you're on the fly.

β β β β β Today I send my son to buy basic pain killer tablets . These guys are selling signature range Iibruprofen in $5 per pack. Don't you guys think they are taking advantage of helpless people in this Hard financial time. . Come on Guys. Otherwise you will loose your regular customer very quickly
