Total bag who needs to be retrained on customer service.

I called on Tuesday to see if they delivered rural, I was told A delivery driver would call me as they were uncertain if delivery to my address was possible. A lady called me back ten mins later super friendly and nice and gave me the days and times. I got a message the next day to say delivery would be between 17.45 and 18.45 at 18.35 I received a message my delivery was close. a few mins later the driver turned up super friendly and great customer service every item was on the list and it cost $20 less than what it said on my basket total. Perfect shopping experience.
