★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two male staff were very rude and belittling to a pregnant lady who was only asking for a script that was faxed through to the pharmacy via her midwife. They refused to even listen to her but instead thought asking her stupid questions that she did not know(as she was not a dr) to make her feel dumb was the better option. Very disappointing and disgusting witnessing that. I wont be going back there if they think its ok to treat people like that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is no customer service present, 1 hr to have basic prescription filled while the pharmacist was busy filling shelves, better to go elsewhere and pay, prescription filled in less than 10 mins

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pay the $5 fee and save yourself from the hassle and trouble. The 2 guys there seems don’t know what they are doing, won’t trust my medication on those clowns. Was told to comeback after an hour for my medication, completely understand as they might not have it in stock and get from somewhere. So I came back after 2 hours as I sense there might be trouble and viola still no medicine, was told they were having printer problems the whole day. I told them they had 2 hours to sort it out and they got my 2 mobile number and email addy. There were also breach in Covid restriction, in their lane as there were about 10 of us waiting in such a small area. The lane for grocery was empty and the grocery staff are baffled on what kind of congregation they saw because of them being clueless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I was literally unwell and asked for the prescribed medicine in the morning at 9.30 am. Store manager asked me to wait until 5pm or can go another pharmacy. She told me we are having same stories from other patients. Its your duty to serve us rather than making nonsense excuses. Otherwise close your pharmacy if you are not having staff or competent people to work.
