★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feilding countdown is too small for the number of isles, making them narrow & hard to pass slow shoppers. There are lots of gaps on the shelves & the seafood counter is closed because of staff shortages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really like how cheap everything is and how you can go wanting milk and come back with everything in the store and not break the bank. i have put 3 stars because the quality of items in the store is not as good as new world but that is understandable considering the price.
Overall, a good grocery store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am immune compromised and this post is to express my deep disappointment with the "click and collect" process at Feilding Countdown. Prior to the 2020 lockdown I was a regular shopper with no problems. Covid changed that and I became an irregular shopper. I have had four or five attempts at click and collect in Feilding. The first time I was required to go into the shop to pick up which was a terrifying experience for me. I gave them about six months to sort it out. Then I ordered a click and collect and sent my husband to pick up. He was shocked to be told he had to enter the store. When he was there he saw that outdoor lockers had been erected. A few months later I did another click and collect but when I went to pick up I was directed into the store. I tried again last week, this time explaining on my order to please put it in the lockers and telling them of the high anxiety I experience when required to enter the store. When I was at the lockers a staff member who was leaving her shift came over and told me that I had to go in store to pick up as their staff were too busy to put the shopping in the lockers. I will never shop at this store again. You have had two years to get this sorted and I can not trust you.
