★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many great specials, fresh fruit and veges. Bakery, deli and meats section always well stocked and great selections. Staff are always well mannered well presented and pleasant to deal with. The floor staff are helpful for finding items. The store is clean and very handy to Queensgate with plenty of handy parking all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not 100% sure what we're all supposed to be counting down to. The only time I count is when my kid won't stay in bed and I'm threatening to put his xBox in the bin, like it's past 9 o'clock mate obviously you don't wanna play the new season of Fortnite this weekend, but then he tells me to shut up so I end up grabbing the wooden spoon instead. They also made the store green because they knew it was my favourite colour. Pretty nice of them to think about me like that I reckon. 10/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Every single time I come through here I am not disappointed, I can always find what I need even when I'm in a rush, they have a large range of stock, well labelled isles and you can meet some of the kindest (and certainly coolest) staff members at checkout.
It may just be a short shopping trip but its certainly worth while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tonight my online order was delivered and I was missing about $60 worth of stuff which was pretty annoying. I rang and spoke with Jess who was just so amazing and helpful, she took my details and said she'd investigate and get back to me as soon as possible. Jess rings back to inform me that "it had strangely disappeared" she organized to have all the item re delivered to me tomorrow which I was happy with. About 30 minutes later Jess rang again to say that they had found the items, they'd been delivered to the wrong place. Jess then asked me if it was OK she would personally deliver the items to me after she finished work tonight, she insisted it was OK when I asked her if she was sure. I would just like to thank Jess so much for all her help & kindness with this matter. A credit to your store ?
