★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok broken glass in car park, which had been there a long time was the start, getting into the store and it was so badly stocked that Taupo had some insider knowledge on a pending lockdown, many items we wanted not there. Not ideal but the staff where pleasant enough

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store has a fantastic deli, it has a better selection most countdowns for meat. There is a reasonable selection throughout the store despite being a smallish store. They sell wine and have lots of convenience foods. The staff are friendly and offer good service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As I was in Self Isolation after my recent trip to the UK,I decided to register for online shopping with Countdown here in Taupo. Couldn't have asked for a more efficient service if I tried. Big "Thumbs up" to the Staff!
