★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the former owners of country meat processors and we have just had a beast processed through them. We are very very disappointed with them. Reasons why we had a prime heifer processed weighing 255kg dressed we got back 119kg of meat, that is a LOSS of 53.4% . Usually you could expect to lose up to 40%. Secondly we added our ribs into extra sausages and ended up with a total of 23.5kg this should have been around 34kg so were has our meat gone. Plus we didn't get our offal and dog bones that we asked for. Won't be using them ever again.

Owner has always bent over backwards to meet our needs including after hours drop off. Quality of butchering and packaging is outstanding, much better than under previous management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We travel from Hobsonville Point to grab a stock of meat from Nadia & Mike every 3-4 weeks. Often I specifically ask for speciality cuts like T-bones and Rib Eye on the bone and usually have this cut to 2 inch thick and aged for 3 weeks. Beautifully tasty meat. Addicted to there pork sausages, bacon and black pudding!. Super friendly people and supply great cuts of meat. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend Country Meats as a butchers shop. We do all our retail meat purchases here (we don't have homekill animals) and simply love the super thick cut rump, assortment of bangers and bacon. Highly recommended if you want some sensation steaks for bbqing
