"With courier for delivery"
I called every day of the week and get told that they are trying to get hold of the driver
I just have to wait.
There service are absolutely shocking and they need proper training on Customer service,and also train there drivers to read the instructions that the customer leave

1. We were all home at the time
2.No card was left so I know where to collect my parcel now
3. None answers the phone just keeps going around in circle
I haven't experienced worst service than this in NZ before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted these guys for update on parcel and they were very helpful and friendly. I think people need to understand that with Covid19 there are going to be longer delays than normal on deliveries. I was very polite and understanding when I rang up, maybe that's the key to getting treated well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have a parcel that was sent to the North Shore depot on accident. It has been over 10 working days and they have not managed to locate my parcel and get it sent to the right depot. I have been calling everyday and being told to wait and call back tomorrow if nothing changes. It keeps showing that it's ready for delivery on the north shore and several days of missed delivery notifications however they tell me they haven't been able to locate it yet to send it back. In 10 business days they cannot find a parcel that's been mistakenly sent to their depot. Incompetence all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use NZ Post for my business and rightly so. Courier driver is friendly and actually follows delivery instructions! Most items are delivered over night too!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overnight parcels that go through this depot (could be mighty ape) to Dunedin take 5 days! SO much for Overnight courier; when Fedex parcels from overseas take as little as 48 hours; or NZ couriers domestic items taking 1 day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an urgent parcel on overnight delivery that I needed the next day. Due to delays and the parcel coming from the South Island the timeframe was tight.
I spoke with Gina. She went above and beyond to try and have it ready for me to collect on a Saturday morning. Awesome customer service, thank you so so much again!
