β β β β β We prebooked a covered trailer earlier in the week to ensure availability. The gentleman seemed thorough and even asked how to spell our surname. Upon arrival to collect it my husband was told there was nothing written into the book. There were no more available. Would reccomend a system where a confirmation docket is given out at time of booking, linked to the inventory.

β β β β β Confusing website for waipapa....I emailed the waipapa website to be told via reply email they don't receive emails they are directed to whangarei and u would need to ring directly....I rang once to enquire and got a verbal quote....then i rang a second time to book and pay and got a different quote plus a bond ....I then asked for written email confirmation and got a quote that was the same however the bond went from 100 to 300 within a day!!!! 3 different quotes and inside 3 days????Despite this upset the team are lovely and helpful but their admin and communication skills are very low and need alot of work ....
