★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was awesome for the price I paid which was 75 nzd for one night. Since its a guest house and not a hotel, one has to ask the owner for missing basic needs in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ cancelled my booking same day as to arrive for a 3 day stay , gat a refund about a week later with no compensation , if i was to do the same would have had no refund at all and lost the lot , poor service from cozy and booking , both hopeless

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is easy to get to Cosy Cosy and Flora is friendly and helpful. She stayed up to greet us after our late. our room was warm and comfortable. Flora has three guest rooms (we were in #3), all with a common access passage, but with secure locks to the rooms. Great Wi-Fi and a good bed. And the room was nice and quiet at night. Very pleased with the value and the stay

The room is equipt with about a meter-high fridge, an LCD TV, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster and some pair of spoon and fork. Also, we can use the sharing kitchen and washing machine. The shower built like a new modern one with all hands reach, a smart design!
The bed is soft and the carpet is fluffy, together with two glasses windows made us warmth through the night.

Got fridge microwave and toaster in the room along with TV, the host is nice, and quiet.
I do recommend and if I back again to chch I'll rebook here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean and close to the airport. The rooms are at the back of someone's house but you do have a separate door at the back. The rooms are fairly close to each other and you can hear the other guests. The facilities were pretty new, including a good shower. There isn't a communal area, just the room you're staying in.
