★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not impressed I am afraid. Arranged for Craig to come and quote on some earthquake damage to my ceilings. EQC wanted a detailed quote. He did give me a quote with just the amount, this was not enough for EQC. I emailed asking for more detail. Heard nothing, then Christmas came and went and still heard nothing. So in February, I emailed again, and his wife replied. The up shot of the conversation was that he couldn't be bothered to waste his time providing more detail as he was busy, And in her words "if EQC want a more detailed quote, they can arrange it themselves" So I have wasted nearly three months just waiting for this builder and I am still no further ahead. He could have said he was to busy to start with, and not wasted both our times. I would not recommend this builder
