A little shakey in the admin. At first my original appointment time was missed with a mix up. My account came with a different name but it wasnt a problem when I called and it was sorted immediately.

Fast response to service our commercial washing machine - we had previously had another repairer in who said, needed to replace the expensive machine, Craig has this sorted with parts in under 24 hours. Very personable, great service with a smile and saved us considerable expensive as if we listened to prior advice would have replaced and not repaired.
