★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor time management. Never have I once came to actual time I have booked for . If trevella wasn't so lovely I wouldn't keep coming back but the bookings really need to he sorted if you need more time with patients book longer to account the time for then instead of making everyone else wait . I make a specific time for a reason to cater for other apps I make around this and for that I'm always late to those . I suggest for the future it gets sorted .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Trevella is intelligent, down to earth, relaxed and a family person, caring and compassionate. Approachable, relaxed and has lovely staff.
If you need a Doctor or family Dr, you cant do better than Dr Trevella. And, she doesnt rush you out the door!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic. The doctor there made me feel cared for and comfortable, she listened to my need and gave me great advice to resolve my issue. The receptionist is also really friendly and makes you feel at ease while waiting. Exactly the kind of place you want to visit when you are feeling unwell!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so appreciative for Dr Trevella's medical services, they have been life changing for our family old and young. You can talk to her about anything. She cares about us as individuals and we are so grateful to her for being on the ball with diagnosis and follow up treatment. We have been patients of hers for many decades.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Always late (minimum 45 minutes!!!) which can be very difficult when you have a 2 months old with you
- GP refered us to a private specialist for my baby without our consent, When i asked why, GP said "I refer to private clinic when the problem seems to be important and urgent". So we were very stressed about his health issue and 3 weeks later at the specialist appointment: "there is nothing to worry about for now, hydrocele are quite common and we don't do anything before 1 year old, so come back in 9 months". It cost us $500!!!
- I was worried about little spots on my baby's body, GP said it's nothing, it's just because of the heat so we have to be careful not to overdress him. 2 weeks later, it was worse even with colder temperature. It was actually eczema caused by an allergy!
- We received a letter from Cch hospital saying that we have to contact our GP for a treatment given to my baby. 2 phone calls (no answer) and 2 email later, I still wait for an answer!
