★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole is an excellent practitioner with a thorough knowledge and understanding of her field. I presented with a lumbar disc bulge, which was causing severe pain and limiting my mobility. The regular sessions and additional treatment, suggested by Nicole, has me back up and running and ready to return to work.
Her detailed and accurate assessment of my condition, was noted by the consultant surgeon as being most useful. He was also impressed by my recovery due largely to Nicole’s treatment and programme. He suggested I continue with her help and guidance as part of my conditioning.
I highly recommend Nicole.

I have been seeing Cromwell Osteopathy for the past 6 months for an ankle injury and at every visit Nicole has been professional and positive in her approach. The exercises she gave me have strengthened the area and allowed me to resume my normal daily activities. I highly recommend Nicole and wouldn't go anywhere else!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicole at Cromwell Osteopathy was great, I was treated for a bulging disk in my lower back. The treatment plan and excersies Nicole put in place for me had me pain free and back doing the things I love sooner than I expected.
I would have not problem recommending Nicole to anyone with back problems that needs them sorted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Nicole early March with significant shoulder and neck pain radiating into my shoulderblade which I had had for over 3 years and the pain was getting worse.
I had been to a number of different therapists, physios, sports massage, chiropractor and had also had accupuncture.
Everything helped a little but the pain and pins and needles remained.
After about 3 months of treatment provided by Nicole along with following and doing my exercises (religiously) given to me by Nicole my symptoms have nearly gone.
I am sure if I do continue with my exercises and weights programme along with having a follow up maintenance appointment with Nicole every 2-3 months I think this will fully resolve.
I would recommend Nicole to anyone with any persistent muscular or nerve pain. I have found her excellent.

She really help reduce my level of pain and provided exercises that were easily to do and weren’t too much extra to what I was currently doing to support my pain relief and strengthening of the needed muscles. She was understanding and clear about what was the cause and what support was needed to get back to having no pain.
