He took the time to make multiple proofs for me so I could be sure it was what I wanted to order before I made the purchase.
I ordered 2 keyrings and 4 x 2D photos from Crystal Photos NZ to give as gifts for Christmas this year.
Not only was Ken quick to reply, but when I did place the order, it was on my doorstep within the same week!
I love the way the products turned out and I can't wait to see my family's reactions as they open them this year. Such special gifts and such beautiful craftmanship.

β β β β β Ken at Crystal Photos is an absolute pleasure to liaise with, among other things! Very quick response times and beautifully made keepsakes. We had a slight hiccup however, Ken made up for it by rectifying said hiccup fast and efficiently, along with a size upgrade (which was definitely unexpected!) :) Cannot recommend him enough! I will definitely be ordering from Crystal Photos in the near future. The most perfect and sentimental gifts!

β β β β β What fantastic service from this team! Supplied several photos to create our crystal wedding anniversary milestone. The team put so much effort into supplying me with proof after proof of different ones to make sure it was perfect. So happy with the bevelled edge crystal, so life-like in 3D, we just love it. Got the LED light base for underneath and it looks amazing, especially at night, thanks guys you couldn't have done a better job!
