β β β β β I rebuilt an ecotec motor for my VYII Commy (with SFI LPG).
Not many differences inside the motor other than no balance shaft & a stage1 cam regrind from Auckland Cams.
I made the mistake of buying a 'off the shelf' tuned PCM (from an Aussie company). It was rubbish.
Mike & Hayden gave my dunnydoor a dyno tune & some tweaking, end result: more power, better economy, better shifting.
It was well worth the cost. I should have done this first time, do it once, do it right.

β β β β β Hayden and the Team @ Custom Works did a fantastic job on a rebuild of my Cappuccino's F6A engine - super patient whilst parts arrived from Japan, with plenty of sensible advice along the way. Even the bill wasn't quite as bad as I had feared :) Highly Recommend these guys!
