★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the worst Korean BBQ I've been too, and i believe some dishes there were not Korean. Salads had a off odor as well as the kimchi along with the rest of the salads in that section. I captured a Fly floating around the food also. Not much selection of sauces and cleanliness of the food selection area. Very poor
Please customers, before deciding to dine in, please wonder in and have a look at what you are about to spend your $30.00 on before you decide to dine in. I chose this place over Damso Korean only because they were closed this evening.
2Star for the location and maybe the layout.
I hope this restaurant will be better in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst korean BBQ I've ever been to. The first 1 star review I've given but it's not only not Korean AT ALL, it isn't even a tasty imitation or variation. It's just bad food. Literally every single dish was bad. Without any exaggeration, the only good thing was the water was cold.
This is probably the worst restaurant I've ever paid money at in my life. It was 30 dollars per person! I'd say it's worth maybe 6 dollars? If it was dirt cheap I'd forgive it since it wasn't poisonous at least.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasteless and Cold food was kept for the buffet and when asked to taste or waive off the charges for such a bizarre service the owner sent waiter ahead to say no and no courtesy or professionalism to even come and apologize. The prices are horrendous compared to the location, cleanliness and of course the food which is not even 20% of other Korean foods available across Auckland.
Just a small message to my Whanau, you spend your hard earned money to enjoy a delightful meal, kindly don't waste your valuable money and time here as the owner is too prejudiced to come and stare at you after you have made a complaint ??
Also, I wasn't alone, my Filipino mates and girlfriend had a similar experience respectively, choice is yours Fam ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice Korean BBQ. I took some photos on Sunday 6:00pm - this place was not crowded which is good! :) Staff is polite (especially the young guy who is serving the hot plates on tables). Good meat and Good spices!
I paid $60 for 2 people (including beer) - quite reasonable price.
Why not 5 stars? Ambient light (too dark?) and music could be better. "Scary" sign about fine if you didn't finish your dish (plate).

Very accommodating! Very helpful! Overall if i could give more stars i would! We booked last minute to eat and these men were very patient! Loved how spaced the tables were and the choice of food was still very fresh! First K Bbq for me and def will be going back ❤ THANK YOU!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to come here pre-covid times and they were pretty decent. It used to be $28 person which wasn't a bad deal for an eat-all-you-can restaurant.
Now, they've increased their price to $32, which is fair enough due to the rising costs. However, at that price you'd expect the better food quality and hygiene or at least stay the same.
I wouldn't recommend coming here for food anymore. The sweet potato bowl had flies infesting on the food, and the chilled salad section looked old and untouched.
Customer service wise, the staff were very friendly and pretty diligent with replacing the grill. But, the food was definitely a major let down especially if you're paying for $32 pp.
It's a shame really, hope they get better. I won't be coming back anytime soon.
