★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was delighted to find such good fish when I lived in the area. Was there for five years and never went anywhere else for fish n chips. Fish was always good quality. Never old tasting or dry. Always big portions. Chips would probably appeal across the board. I'm a crispy chip lover. The chips servings were always so big that I could find sufficient crispy chips, leaving the soft ones to others... or the compost. Service always efficient and switched on; they always knew I was the phone order when I walked in the door. Family business; they work so hard! Only criticism is that a big feed has an oily aftershock; but that's fish n chips for you.
