When we decided that we want to buy our first home I called about 20 mortgage brokers and got nothing but refusals. No one could or wanted to help us, as we only have residence visas and didn't have a big deposit either. He was the only one who didn't send us away!
From there on it just got better. He answered all our questions, was so easy to get hold of, got us a mortgage, plus cash back and all in these uncertain times!
He's also a very nice guy and super easy to deal with, I wish everyone would do their job with this attitude!
Today is our settlement date and he even called to congratulate! We can only thank you again Daniel for helping us finally taking roots! All the best for you and your family!
