"After conducting a review into our customers, who they are, how they interact with us and how they want to be communicated with, Air New Zealand undertook a program to deliver best-in-class digital and direct communications, which required a fundamental re-think of data, platforms, processes and content. To deliver the desired roadmap, we partnered with Datamine to leverage their team’s expertise in complex data integrations and track record of converting insights in to actions.
Datamine was tasked with the delivery, implementation, hosting and ongoing support of a new marketing automation platform – one that would effectively manage our complex segmentation and personalisation requirements and enable us to deliver on our vision of customer centricity, whilst providing agility for change, a focus on optimisation and support for the continued evolution in our communication strategy.
The collaborative approach Datamine takes and the solutions that they offer have enabled Air New Zealand to consolidate, experiment, optimise and personalise our communications to customers. We’ve seen improvements in the performance of our direct communications, including uplifts in key engagement metrics like open rate (up to 80%), click through rate (up to 38%) and reading time (up to 5%)."
