As a lot of talk is going on around the housing market, it’s definitely a challenging environment (with lot of bidders at the auction) to purchase a house and even more so when it’s your first one. But our problems were taken care of by David. He was amazing in helping us understand the nuances of buying a house/auction process which I believe was very important. He always communicated well and was always there to answer our huge list of questions. He made sure that we were always kept in loop around the updates both before the auction and till the settlement date.
We would highly recommend David for his professionalism and good values. This being a sellers market right now, David leaves no stone unturned to help the buyers.
