★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We cleaned houses for this company while they were changing hands and the communication, management and all round intergrity of the business/ franchise owner was appaling. The company is only interested in collecting its own income- not paying its subcontractors or delivering high quality services. I have been on the recieving end of abuse from their clientele regarding the mis-management of job flow and completions. I also know of three owners who were disgusted in the way they were treated and problems were dealt with during their build. They have had such a hard time keeping complaints at bay they have changed hands to "First Design & Build Ltd" I would Never reccomend this company to anyone- they are not an intergral business nor one that cares about the hard earned work or income for associated sub-contractors. Really disspaointed at the level of proffessionalism and truthfulness. The consistant lies and excuses around why they wouldnt stick to their word or deliver on promises is also appalling.
