7. Completion
On completion your new home will be professionally cleaned, a thorough quality check will be done and the final Council inspection will be arranged. At this point you will be invited to come and inspect your new home with the Project Manager.
Once all parties are satisfied our representative will meet you at your home to present you with the keys along with an information pack about the house and product warranties.
A David Reid representative will explain the maintenance period and the conditions of your guarantee.
