★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish i could give them zero rating. Totally disappointed by this courier company. The seller handed over a parcel to them on 5th December. But still it's a 16th December. I didn't get my parcel. Tried to mail then but it was invalid, also tried on call but it was not received. Forgot about tracking, they don't update it too. First time in NZ I am facing this type of service otherwise all courier companies do their work good. God knows where is my parcel.... !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not understand why people use this carrier like ADIDAS. ADIDAS sent me a pair of shoes in 28/09 from Auckland and until now 04/10, the shoes are still in their Auckland warehouse and not even in the truck. Nike sent me a pair of shoes from France in 29/09 and I received today.
