★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we have just had 8 months of headache trying to get dcm to redo the substandard job on our roof.finally we had to get the roofing assn involved to force him to redo the job to an adequate standard and in accordance with the original quote..the problems in dealing with this company are too many to detail but include poor communication substandard work ,inadequate covering during bad weather etc etc.we were lucky that the association got involved so we are finally free of this dcm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We accepted DCM quote for reroof job and paid half up front at the end of january 2018...Its now almost the end of may and we have had to send a letter saying we will cancel the contract by thursday night, in order to try to get the job finished..we are still waiting.
Communication has been very difficult.
IN addition it does not appear we are getting the specific method we specified when we talked with the guy who quoted the job..but we are desperate now and just want it over..Very stressful

We are very happy with the outcome and have no hesitation in recommending their services. The roof looks great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A had a huge, complicated, leaky roof on a steep, windy hill site. There were lots of technical challenges with leaky flat sections and very steep sections, and DCM (with Advanced Guttering and Roofing) were the only ones that seemed up to the challenge of replacing it. They did an amazing job, including some clever solutions to the problem of getting the roof absolutely up to code. Iain gave me options when we hit problems, and I'm really glad i took his recommendations each time. Given the technical scope it took longer than we all expected, but I am completely happy with my fantastic looking, strong, watertight roof and membrane decks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thanks DCM Roofing for the excellent upgrades to my roof. Our roof had some questionable installation done to it when it was originally built, but Iain from DCM gave us some great advice and did some great work to ensure the roof will continue to do what's it's supposed to do, protect the house underneath it! The end result looks great and we can now feel secure that the house is protected from the elements for the foreseeable future.
