★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Make sure you get a firm quote from this guy. What we were told would be around $100 turned out to be $300. Bit tough for a 17 year old to pay especially as it could have gone towards a car instead of a motor scooter. A phone call about the massive increase in price would have been appreciated especially as it was communicated that this job would just be "fitted in around other jobs". Consumer guarantees act, you can't just do whatever and charge whatever, your responsibility to let the customer know what you're doing and how much it will cost especially when the initial job is to change some break pads that we could have done ourselves. Outrageous price

Ended up costing me way more than expected because he found something else and just decided on his own to fix it without telling me. Ended up paying for $1000 worth of work on a $2000 bike. Wouldn't have bothered if he had of said. A bit sneaky.
