Dean has been absolutely amazing throughout this time, and without the weekly check-in/PT session and all the nutritional advice he has given I definitely wouldn't have been able to hit my goals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first started seeing Dean for Nutritional guidance back in 2013 after travelling and peaking at my heaviest ever. With his nutritional guidance he also supported ideas for my fitness and I lost 18kg over 9 months.
Over the past year I’ve been back in his new studio for both Nutrition & PT training now and for new goals in mind. I’ve had a few different PT’s over the years and Dean has been the only person I’ve genuinely had the most sustainable results with.
Easy to talk to and makes you accountable for your actions with food and training but in a way you don’t feel negative about it. You just know to buck your ideas up and you do.
I couldn’t train with anyone else. If you want real results and in a way to be sustainable, then get on with it, Dean’s your guy.

As my body and needs have changed over the years, he has monitored and changed my training and nutrition accordingly. Im now 60+ and Im probably now in the best shape and condition that I have ever been. I highly recommend Dean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dean is amazing! I have already lost 3.5kgs and feel so much healthier since changing to the diet he has done for me. I am still breastfeeding my twins and he has developed a meal plan for me that means I can safely lose weight without it affecting my milk. Definitely recommend!
