★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience in my life and the WORST haircut ever on 14th May 2021. Walked in the salon thinking of getting a quick haircut because the salon was empty. Asked the barber for a haircut after showing him a picture and asked him to do fading . He completely ruined my hair, Didn’t do any fading at all very uneven cut at the back. The guy should have said that he is not good with fading in the beginning. I would have gone for the other barber shop. He doesn’t know how to use scissors and was giving me rough cut.
There were no customers at all. We told him that we came from Hamilton because the shops in Hamilton were packed and I thought I can get the haircut on the way to Paeroa. When I showed him the picture he should have said that I cant do fading instead of ruing my hair completely and my day too! He left so many uneven cut on my forehead and back too!
I highly recommend people to not to prefer DEFINE STYLE for the hairstyle and cuts. I have to attend the party in the evening and he completely ruined my confidence. I ended up going to the another barber shop and get it fixed with the waste of money on Define Style.
The guy needs to go for proper training or learn to say no to customers if you cant serve them accordingly. Didn’t get a chance to ask for his name because my mood was already spoiled. But he was wearing glittery nail paint and was wearing a gold earring and the timing was near to 3 PM . My friend also wanted to get the haircut but after seeing my experience he literally said that I am not going to waste my money here.
I know hair can grow back but the customer with a dissatisfaction will never going to come back .
Zero recommendation!!

Talk color shape and length repairing damaged hair they leave you feeling like you made a friend or two who dose awesome hair. Also Matt is their too. I would highly recommend, the team is great for the whole family. Enjoy ?
