Obviously a lot of upkeep is needed and sadly things have deteriorated quite badly, such a shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creepiest Muesem type displays that will amaze anyone. So much to look at and the creepiness ads to the charm of it all. Amazing playground for the kids. Well worth a look around. Animals galore to look at too. Chickens everywhere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very large set up. A lot of time and thought has clearly gone in to each and every section. It takes you ages to walk around everywhere which is good! Huge area at the end where you can look at all the windows doors and fittings they have available to purchase from demolition Jobs. My partner and I liked the zen hutt the most as it was minimal and peaceful. The water wheels were also a highlight as was the birdlife that you walk through during your time looking and exploring. Well worth the stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely a must see when you visit invercargil. They have stuff for sale but created a village out of old buildings. A step back in time Gunboats a good option as chickens ducks and geese are free range and all over the place
