★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you require a root canal for tooth pain, Dental Care West will take your money instead of referring you immediately for specialist help from (what I now know to be) an endodontist. Near $1800 down the drain and 18 months of pain with a failed root canal. Dentist who performed procedure has moved on. Where do NZ dentists get off thinking they can do this to people! Choice I'm now faced with is lose the tooth or pay again for a properly done root canal from specialist. I did not report as sometimes, low income earners have no choice but to wait, with pain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I was taken care of by Dentist Dr Aaron Lee he was so good at keeping me calm and making sure I was comfortable? Aaron along with his assistant made a usually (anxious visit) for me so much more relaxed and calm
Now comes the work ! I am so so happy with what Aaron had done for me I am so excited to go into Christmas and the new year smiling and happy?
Right to the beautiful receptionists aswell I am so so happy I would highly recommend DentalCare West to anybody ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to getting my teeth&gums sorted, i've never been so grateful in my life, to have found such a great kind team of dental care experts. As unfortunately like a lot of kiwis I've had bad experiences in the past.
From when I first called to make my appointment, to when I walked out the door after much needed treatments. The whole experience was so easy and reassuring.

From the 1st phone call to be quickly fitted in for my first appointment on the same day, to being warmly greeted with 'it's your 1st appointment, welcome' to meeting Dr Aaron who did a fantastic job with my filling. Thank you, My existing dentist was going to make me wait for over 2 weeks. I'm glad, because of that I found this clinic. Highly recommended and yes, I will be making this my regular dentist from now on and hope to rope in the rest of my family and friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All of the staff were very friendly and everything ran smoothly and professionally. Dr Zeb clearly loves what he does. He took the time to carefully explain my X-Rays to me which definitely eased the anxiety I had about getting dental work. Both Dr Zeb and his dental assistants were very knowledgeable and personable. The procedure was painless and I am very happy with the results. Will be back in for a check up soon.
