We dealt with Design Windows West Coast to manufacture our windows & doors for a new coast build in Barrytown. From start to finish, the process was fantastic - they really know their stuff, especially when it comes to coastal environments. The quality of the joinery is amazing. This company really delivers and I am one very happy customer. Thanks Mark and team on the Coast (and also Graydon (? spelling) in Christchurch). We will be wanting to close in our big outdoor area soon and will definitely be talking to you about design ideas for that. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takes a one size fits all approach, no customizing to specific needs. Hard to get a hold of and never come around when they say they will. They just rock on over when they feel like it, usually when your not home so they can take said one size fits all approach. I've tried more than multiple times to get a re-quote but they are clearly not interested. But instead of saying that they drag the chain, promising to come but never do. I'm done with this crowd. You shouldn't bother either. Go over hill where they actually care about what you want, just be prepared to pull out your measuring tape.
