I always find many pieces I want to buy. I have to restrain myself and focus.
I hanker for a Truman light shade, I have just the spot in my hall.
Thank you for the gorgeousness and your friendly staff and of course Wendy the owner is a delight. You girls never mind if I just come in to browse. I always leave wanting to come back!!!! See you soon. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful gift items, but made to feel very uncomfortable browsing one day when I picked up an item from the window display to have a closer look. The sale person ran towards me scolding me for not asking for assistance. It was anything breakable, just a little stuffed mouse right in hands reach. The store use to be my go to for any gift, but I left there that day feeling like a scolded child and haven’t been back for over a year. I found a new beautiful shop on Lower Stuart St in which the owner is very welcoming to all patrons to explore freely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the last few days of my trip and I was looking for small gifts to take back home to Switzerland.
To my delight I came across this amazing shop with loads of unique & quirky NZ designer products. I was relieved I could find a large variety of kiwiana gifts for my family & friends....and all in one shop!...which saved me so much time. The staff are lovely and so helpful.
I have since purchased things online...I was amazed how fast the delivery arrived. Thank you so much for the hand written card

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best gift shop ever! It's not very big but there's a lot of shopping gorgeousness packed in there. Awesome stuff you don't see anywhere else which includes the world famous funniest Blue Q design socks, dish towels, oven mitts. Lots of cool jewellery from NZ designers and Kiwiana too ?

It’s full of quirky, beautiful and unique things - whether it’s a gift or a treat for myself I never leave without buying something (or lots of somethings). The jewellery and art is gorgeous - huge collection at good prices and they have a little range of really cool clothing too. The staff are lovely - they’re happy to let you browse and enjoy everything. Thanks for helping me choose my ring - I absolutely love it!!! Will see you on my next trip!!!!
