We may not know how the other immigration advisers works but based on my experience with Hema , she did an awesome job for us. She is always responsive to all of my queries. Whenever I feel frustrated, annoyed and nervous of the outcome of my residency, she will always comfort me that everything is under control. That I will not entertain any negative thoughts because every case is different. And so the long wait is over, the outcome is positive. I've got my residency approved. Other than that, DNZI also process my work visa which i was approved for less than a month. There might be different experiences that each of the client feels with regards to their service, however I am still confident to tell that they are doing their best to serve their clients. I would highly recommend this firm if you want to invest your future in New Zealand. All the best and thanks once again Hema!!!

Hema and her team have done a great job in the past 8 years to help me and my family for the visa issues since I was unlawful in 2013. She is such a professional lawyer and she successfully bought me back from my home country with a visa and submitted our residence application in a later time then finally got our RV approved recently.. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our situation was dire to bring a specialist subject teacher from Fiji to our school as we had no suitable applicants from New Zealand. Hema was very helpful throughout the expression of interest phase and she worked hard to provide the required documents to INZ. She was very good at communicating progress to us and helping us with providing the correct documents. Hema was always confident that she could get our man to us within about six to eight weeks and at this stage this looks like being achieved.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Very attractive and responsive when we approach them. Once contract is made, you will never hear from them. My husbands visa is declined purely because of her negligence who had medical issue. When immigration raised queries we had to make all the stress to prove his health condition is alright. They only serve us in forwarding the emails received from immigration. While this process took 5 months and it’s all the mental stress that we experienced. Pay Money and take the mental stress is what I learnt.
