★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my third time using their services and each time I’ve had to get something redone, because they have not cleaned. This time I paid $200, and still cobwebs, dirt and grime, grease, and parts not vacuumed! Very dissatisfied and disappointed. I have been in contact and they still have failed to right their wrongs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty slick operation overall. Was able to call a book an appointment for a ceramic coating really easily and they send a confirmation txt. We discussed a PPF wrap but they don't fold around the edges or remove and wrap under the Tesla badge so skipped on that. The ceramic coating looks lovely and there were no defects. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not do a good job unfortunately. Paid $250 for full interior detailing and pet hair removal on a dirty secondhand car. Upon getting the car back we discovered a considerable amount of dirt/mud/dog hair all over the interior (grab handle, headliner, between seats, boot etc.) which was not cleaned, pet hair was still there, and smell was just as bad as day one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got them to paint my brake calipers on my 370gt only to have the do them while still on the car and get paint on my rotors only painted half the calipers and mess up my brake pads and and all sorts not use them they dont care about cars at all..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my car window tinted today from them (21/10/2021). I am happy of the work they did and the price they offered. But you probably would get confused where the entrance. It is from the back of the building where "Mainland Fastener" is. They should focus more on the customer waiting. Which is poorly. There is no treat if you happen to wait there. A treat in the sense, access to a coffee or else water at least. That was what happened to me. There was a coffee machine. When I asked one, he said it is broken. But machine needed to load water. That is what appeared on the screen of it. So, could not enjoy a coffee while waiting. What they did and dealing with customer (me) was fine. I could negotiate the price too that I appreciate.
