β β β β β I am appalled by the unprofessional way my dispute was handled by this store. Promotion codes are falsely advertised - no mention of any exclusions or requirements and working at checkout - but once payment had cleared I found I had been overcharged.
If additional discount codes cannot be used on sale items then this should be clearly stated when the code is emailed out and the code should not be able to be applied at checkout. Without these practices in place shopping with this store is very misleading. I would not have purchased my item if I had known the coupon code would not work.
I am appalled that I shared my disappointment and confusion regarding the price I was charged and the store director offered to cancel my order and refund me - but then proceeded to let my order be packed and shipped when my dispute was still not resolved.
I was overcharged and offered no refund or rectification. I can see in the below review that the shop owner Debbie says low reviews are βmeanβ - this is unprofessional as there is a reason youβre receiving low reviews - it is not the customer's fault.
I will not be shopping with this store again or recommending it to anyone - which is a huge disappointment as I prefer to support local.

β β β β β My daughter and I visited this store twice in the last three days and on both occasions other shoppers in the store were offered champagne and beer while we were never offered this, even though we were purchasing items. This made us both feel like we werenβt good enough to shop in this store and werenβt particularly valued as customers. The store has a beautiful selection of clothing, however we felt very uncomfortable shopping here, and would probably not come back.

Girls weekend away and these ladies know how to have fun, have a great range of clothing, shoes and accessories super helpful and something for all of us!
