★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hilariously bad service and crazy high prices on over the counter medications like antihistamines. My wife tried to fill a basic script there and was told they were 'unaccredited'. Not sure what that means but doesn't bode well. Walk the 90secs to the pharmacy on Victoria street and save yourself the headache. Won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM !!! ordered online and rung to follow up order as received no tracking number....didn't even get lady's name on phone she said I had to pay for it today I already paid for it when ordered it online!!!...she then said she would speak to manger and ring me back... never did!! followed up by ringing back lady was very rude saying I ordered gripe water and foundation...I only ordered foundation... she was very rude saying I ordered gripe water and foundation she should of been able to seen my order on their system and then said we got gripe water in stock wouldn't listen that I didn't order gripe water...then proceeded to say she haven't sent it then said she would follow up with manager again why my gripe water and foundation havent been sent and actually rung back and said they didn't have foundation in stock ...do not ever order online from them!!! especially when they say product is in stock....rude staff disorganized and shouldn't be falsely advisting stock available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed the strong voltaren tablets for my gout pain and it was 7.45 in the evening; I found out that this pharmacy is actually open from 8 am to 8 pm. The super friendly pharmacist was really easy to talk to and offered great advice about my gout.
I'd recommend this pharmacy to everyone hands down!!

No response from their “Contact Us” page for a week so I called them about a product that they advertise on their web site to check availability. They said they have stock. Told me they open at 8am on Saturday and I can pickup. Got there at 8am and they only open at 9am.
When they opened they did not have the product in stock. Said they would check with supplier and contact me, that was a month ago and still waiting for my call. The product is still listed on their web site and in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my local pharmacy for a decade, and they have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, once even delivering pain meds when I was disabled from surgery. This month my long-term medication is completely out-of-stock in NZ, and the owner has been such a great advocate for me, making repeated calls and e-mails to the supplier and finally obtaining it for me. I am SO appreciative of their kindness and service.

Even with heightened demand due to COVID-19 tests and vaccines on top of their usual services, staff are always calm & polite which suggests great management. They never seem to be understaffed, so even on a busy day I’m in and out in 5 minutes.
