★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experience I have today. I went to do some grocery shopping while I went to the customer service counter. There was one girl serving. She was so rude as she served to me and did not even said any greeting words. While I ask for the GST receipt she said in aggressive words that when it will come out of the machine then she will give the receipt to me so wait. While I ask her name and ask about her manager to complaint about her, she said again in aggressively that why you asking my name and I am the manager what you will do.?
I informed her that she is doing one of the worst customer service then she started to insult me infront of other customers. I told her that I will complaint about her, she said go to hell.
I went to the owner of the shop and complaint about the customer service given by the girl in the shop.owner informed me that he can not say now anything to the girl but will have the meeting with her after.
Just a request dear customers if you doing shopping in D.H. Supermarket so be carefull about your respect as in the shop you can experience the same what I had today.
While I came at home I checked the receipt she charged me wrong for one extra mango maaza.
They are ripping off and insulting to the customers.
I called on the phone of D.H supermarket . The person behind the phone reviewed the camera and told me that I went to change the bottle that's why the girl on the counter being confused and charge wrongly, While I said she also insult me infront of every customer then the person on phone being angry and said why you called me on phone. He should say sorry but he started being angry.
They are not even listen to the customer complaints and whole staff is same insulting on counter and on phone to customers . This is the most rude grocery store in newzealand .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I brought some puja items - hawan samagiri in lockdown. On friday 20/08/2021 1.44pm. 200g...price increased to $6.99 per packet. Normally this was selling for $3.99 previously.
A rip off in lockdown. I will take this up / report this type of business ethics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Load songs played on speaker in diffirent language which we don't understand. Good if it was in English, the common language which all customers can understand. There are mixed customers shopping and the unknown language songs brings bit embrazment and discrimination. I have pointed this to the casier but still happening in the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place for buying. Caught the check out lady miscalculations and over pricing twice. Cant trust their integrity. They should be audited and reported under fair trading act 1986 Newzealand!!! Dont go there or keep a close eye on billing also weigh products at home....such a malpractice!!!!???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is poor. Ladies at checkout always serve like doing favor to customers. Shop is very congested. Always long queue. If they start second till they always start serving people last in line first. No sense of cutomer service at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice supermarket, congested, needs cleaning inside and outside. Price on products unclear. Checkout area needs improvement, it's not efficient enough. Otherwise vegetables price is the best in Papatoetoe or overall in South Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Didn’t had a good experience, they have hired some new staff at counter. She charged me incorrectly for something I didn’t purchase. And rather than believing a regular customer they want to go and check cameras first for a $5 purchase. If it was matter of $20 or $50 checking cameras is genuine but for $5 like seriously. What about those 10min you wasted for doing so. Girls who worked at counter in past were very friendly and always gave good customer service. These days they don’t even know how to greet customers. After telling them it’s a mistake your end they still give us a bad attitude . It’s not about how fast you serve your customers, instead it about how correctly you serve them.
