β β β β β Delivery man was very rude and lectured me on my dogs barking at him as he stood at my gate, as a person living alone my dogs do this to alert me. He was angry and rude when I got to the gate so my dog continued to bark at him as he sensed he was not being nice to me. Delivery man continued to lecture me on my dogs behaviour and when I asked him was he delivering a parcel or a lecture he said both. As customers using this service we ultimately pay your wage mate. My dogs saw you as a threat and were at all times behind a fence, perhaps you are in the wrong job.

β β β β β Excellent customer service and very timely delivery. The courier driver was very pleasant and cheerful, and said she had been working very hard right through the lockdown. The parcel came from Japan and arrived 9 days early! Most impressed!!!??
