In exercising our Contract Management skills our practice applies peer reviews with its partners at critical stages in the documentation and construction phases. This has assisted in ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget and in avoiding design errors. We also find computer aided drawing documentation enables an extraordinary capacity to adjust drawings and incorporate changes or improvements without undue delays.
We have demonstrated our ability to upgrade outdated buildings as evidenced by Taupo Airport Terminal (NZIA Design Award), Port of Tauranga Administration Building (BOMA and NZIA Design Award), AMP Office in Gisborne (a listed building NZIA Design Award and an Environmental Award) and the recent BNZ Cameron Road Building.
We are skilled at interior design – refer Port of Tauranga Administration for which we were fully responsible for interior design and furnishing and the Salmon Medical Centre.
