★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi I recently took a 2hp Yamaha Outboard into be serviced and change the impeller.I received the outboard back in pieces with the comment it was too corroded to do anything with.I took the outboard to the agents they repaired it and showed me where it had been butchered by Dingy and Outboards.I am sorry I think you are cowboys not marine service agents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misleading information and sadly lacking in customer service. Was about to purchase a trailer from them that at the time was showing as in stock on both their website as well as a listing on Trademe. When contacting them to make the purchase I was informed that there was no trailer available. They did have 3 trailers in stock but these could only be sold as part of an package......This was never mentioned at the time. I explained to them this was misleading but they refused to budge and advised best they could do was to offer one from a shipment due in June.... While this was not ideal I was prepared to wait and asked them to put in writing that they would hold one and at the price as per the original. Yes they would but 3 phone calls later over a period of 2 weeks to follow up they always had the excuse they are working on it. (It has now been 2 weeks since my last call) Not once have they contacted me since. Luckily I found an better offer elsewhere. In conclusion they need to work on their customer service and communication before I ever go back there again.

I took the boat out for its maiden voyage and I'm wrapped with the performance of it.
A happy customer all round.
